The Kind Words of Clients & Friends

With so many Realtors entering the marketplace the decision of who to choose to work with may seem daunting.  You, yourself, may be dubious of the real estate process.  This process becomes even more challenging if you have fallen victim to a bad experience in the past or are "brand new" to the real estate market.  Whether you are a first time home buyer, or a seasoned home buyer or seller I want you to feel confident that I am here for you. For this reason, am presenting you with a few kind words that I have received.

If you like, I'm sure I could arrange to have you speak to my current or recent clients to get a feel for my commitment to service.  

In January, my husband, Eric, and I decided to make a move from Phoenix, AZ - a city of approximately 5 million people - to Bozeman, MT - a city just a tad bit smaller! It was going to be life changing to say the least but we were ready for the change. Eric moved to brave the end of winter without me. During his time in Bozeman, it was his "job" to find a realtor and a house while I sold the Phoenix home. Eric was nervous to embark on the house hunting adventure without me but he did it. He started going to open houses and kept his eyes open for a realtor whom he clicked with and could easily work with in our transition. Well, one Sunday afternoon, he happened to attend one of Jodi's open houses and they clicked immediately. I remember Eric calling me saying that he found our realtor. I asked if he did any research on the realtor and he said not really - he didn't feel as though he needed to - she was the one our dream home in Bozeman. In the coming days, I would have many opportunities to get to know Jodi, even though we were a thousand miles away. Jodi offered to work directly with my realtor in Phoenix so that both parties were kept up to date at all times regarding our progress. I couldn't believe we had found a realtor who was so proactive. Jodi somehow knew exactly what Eric and I needed before we knew! The process of selling our Phoenix home and transitioning to Bozeman couldn't have gone smoother. I only wish all of my transactions in life could be so easy.   Jodi Leone is truly an asset to the realty world. She is ethical, moral and above all...a sincere, caring human being. Jodi understands that buying a home can be frustrating for buyers and sellers; therefore, she does everything in her power to ensure her clients' experiences are positive. If there is a hiccup in the process of buying or selling, Jodi is right there for her clients at all times. Bottom line...you can't go wrong with a realtor like Jodi. You will have another person to call a friend at the end of the day! Thank you to Jodi for being an amazing realtor and good friend. Given that this was our first experience purchasing a home, we really didn't have a clue to the process, the dos and don'ts of negotiation.  Jodi has led us the entire way thru the seemingly intimidating process by quickly becoming our trusted advisor and made this first purchase experience very smooth. Chuck, Jackson and I can't thank you enough for all of your hard work and dedication to us.  We tried to sell our house before with another real estate company for a year and it didn't sell.  But after being on the market for less than two weeks, you got it sold for us.  And it sold for more than our asking price.

You also found us the house of our dreams.  It has everything that we want.  You really listened to what we desired and found the perfect new home for our family.  During the entire process of selling and buying, you were right there for us.  Even though you had other clients in addition to us, I felt like you were working only for us.  You never hesitated to show us any home we wanted to see.  You found answers to all of our questions in a timely manner.  And once we found the house we loved, you were open to showing it to us more than once.

You even helped use after the sale when we found some of the previous owner's possessions still in the house.  You took care of getting it back to them.  And you made sure they sent us the garage door opener they accidentally packed.

In addition to all your work, you were such a pleasure!  You were always professional and we felt you truly had our best interest at heart.  Thank you so mush for taking care of us so well.  Moving can be a troubling time, but you made it so easy for us.  Your high energy level and dedication are great assets and we are so glad we chose you to be our agent.  We feel so lucky to have done business with you. You are the best!

 I'm not sure if others from here (Alaska) will be heading to Bozeman, but if they do I will certainly recommend your services.  You helped make my first-time home buying experience very positive and educational!  I just don't understand why everyone doesn't completely close on a house in 3 weeks...:)   Thank Again!

Knowing that a thank you isn’t quite enough, may we express our thanks to you anyway for negotiating better pricing on the home we purchased; for negotiating credits back to us for the repairs that would need to be made on the house; for negotiating water rights on our behalf’ and even after the we had closed  and all accounts were settled, for negotiating and demanding that we that we receive a new roof to replace that the one that was not installed properly prior to the purchase of the house.  Your negotiating skills were truly an asset that was of major importance though this process and while all the professionalism and business efforts shown were of value, we admire and appreciate the skill and finesse used in your negotiation tactics so all parties were happy, and the sale of the property went smoothly.

We were in a situation of trying to find and purchase a condo for our son to live in while attending MSU.  Jodi was the perfect real estate agent for us, and true buyers’ agent, and I found her quite by chance, when I was visiting Bozeman with my son.  Just for curiosity, I responded to a real estate ad in the paper, and was lucky enough to be referred to Jodi as the showing agent.  After spending one afternoon with us, she grasped exactly what we were looking for and, after we got home to Colorado, provided a more than complete service to help us find the unit we eventually purchased.  Her e-based tools for reviewing property listings and even conducting the closing process from afar using e-mail / internet are unlike anything we’ve experienced, and we have purchased many homes in the past.
